CSM 130 - Small Miracle

Small modular stabilization devices gain more importance. This type of our new Mount generation system is extra small and cost efficient.

The CSM 130 is our Compact Gyro Stabilization Mount which is especially manufactured for the future. The compact design and highly functional modularity enable a powerful Mount System.

The electromechanical gimbal system and the digital control system enables an optimal use of the Gyro Mount 130. The mass of the device amounts to 5.2 kg and allows a maximum payload of 15 kg. Consequently our CSM 130 supports single medium format cameras or sensor systems. For that reason the special Mount System is particularly suitable for Ultralight Aircraft and Drones.

SSM 350 - Compact Design

The SSM 350 is a small gyro stabilization Mount designed to use the latest state of the art technologies. Our product convinced with a fast and reliable system. In fact random aircraft movements are nearly reduced to zero by using new gear drive systems.

The Airborne Sensor will be dynamically stabilized by maintaining a very lightweight design, less than 30 kg. Furthermore, our Mount has a tremendous payload up to 85 kg. In relation to the payload our Vibration Isolation System can be easily adjusted.

Even more important, it is a cost efficient product.

GSM 3000 - The Legend

"The Legend" is sold since 2004, worldwide.

SOMAG doesn't sell new GSM 3000's anymore, because we stopped the prodcution in 2014. Of course, we will sell used and refurbished units in the future. Refurbished and used units are on the latest state-of-the-art!

The support  for the Maintenance, Repair Work and Service Work will still go on. This kind of support will continue by SOMAG or MRR Global Technologies, USA.

Please, it is strongly recommended that purchased Mount from others has no guarantee and keep in mind that the device is not highly sophisticated.     

The GSM 3000 is a Gyro Stabilization Mount which levels nearly every airborne sensor. The occurring arbitrary rotational movements of the aircraft (roll, pitch and yaw) are dynamically stabilized and increase the data quality tremendously. In short the GSM 3000 allows an optimal movement reduction of the sensor in collaboration with the specific Hydraulic Gimbal System, the Vibration Isolation Ring and internal Gyros. Four cylinders and two servo pumps with classic gear drives and bearings support the technical 3 axis Gyro. The Vibration Isolation System can be easily adapted to specific weight.

Our GSM 3000 is designed for large and heavy payloads from 20 to 100 kg by a useable diameter of maximum 410 mm. The mass of the Gyro Mount is 35 kg. Furthermore, our Gyroscope convinced as most accurate and fastest system in it's class.

Currently, our Gyro Mount 3000 is used by Vexcel UltraCam series, Phase ONE iXA, IGI Digi Therm and the Specim Hyperspectral Sensors.
