We take the situation very seriously and regularly follow the current developments. The health and safety of our employees is our top priority. We make a personal contribution to #flattenthecurve, thus we have taken a number of measures to protect our employees. To avoid contact with other colleagues, we have established a shift system in which some colleagues work in the morning and some in the afternoon. Other colleagues have switched to home office. Do current developments have an influence on delivery times?
No. We currently work with our standard delivery times. Please help us to plan ahead as usual so that you will receive your device at the desired time.
Do current developments have an influence on production?
Our production is currently continuing as usual. At the moment there are no production losses of our suppliers. The situation can change every day. We work closely with our suppliers and inform you in advance of any changes.
Do current developments have an influence on the delivery of my mount?
The forwarding agencies we work with can be affected by the corona crisis and the regulations of the respective countries. Under certain circumstances this can lead to delays in delivery.
